2019 Scholarship Application 2019 Xavier University of Louisiana Alumni Association Detroit Chapter (XULAAAD) Student Scholarship ApplicationMembers of the Xavier University of Louisiana Alumni Association- Detroit Chapter (XULAAAD) are proud to announce this scholarship for Xavier students. Scholarships will be awarded to incoming freshman and continuing students. * Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA (cumulative). *All applicants must be a resident of the State of Michigan.*All applicants must submit an essay explaining Why are HBCUs important and what steps can one take to ensure that HBCUs remain relevant? *The completed application must be submitted electronically by July 15, 2019.
